U-VISA PROGRAM

Congress created the U-Visa program for certain victims of criminal activity with the enactment of the Victims of Trafficking and Violence Protection Act of 2000.

Attorney and applicant must complete the U-Visa certification request forms and file them in Civil Deptarment.
