Public documents from November 2017 to present are available for download. (The Courts current case management system went live on November 2017)

Only the most recent 150 documents on a case will be shown and be available for download online. If you need something beyond the most recent 150 documents, please contact us!

If you would like access to the digitized case file from cases prior to November 2017 and they are not already available on the portal below, please submit a request through the Contact Us portion of our site and we will make it available online. Certain case type documents are not available for online remote access. Please refer to CRC Rule 2.503, or click on the link to the right, for more information.

Probate Notes

Probate is the legal process of establishing the validity of a will and / or inheritance of assets. Probate Examiner's Notes are summaries after a probate examiner has reviewed a petition for settling of an estate.

Probate Notes can also be downloaded through Document Search.

In order to access Probate Notes, you will need to create a free account on the Public Portal. Once logged into the portal, select "Probate Note Search" at the top and enter the Probate case number. If you would like to other documents from the probate case, please use the "Document Search" tab at the top menu of the portal. Document downloads are free.
